About the Role Imagine spending your workday collaborating with Swiss Re employees around the globe to deliver for our large corporate customers and support one of CorSo's key growth portfolios. You'll have the opportunity to present our capabilities to clients and brokers, structure international insurance programs to address business needs, and drive seamless implementation of agreed service plans. You will manage a portfolio of complex global programs for Property & Casualty and Financial Lines. Primary region of account responsibility would be Canada. You would be actively involved in International Programs pipeline and marketing activities in the region with the Underwriters and Customer and Distribution teams and subsequent service delivery of bound programs. Key Responsibilities Presenting international capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients Consulting with Underwriters on international program requirements Developing and quoting fronting services for complex programs with Captives and/or Reinsurance Securing approvals and support from relevant teams for proposed service plans Ensuring program implementation is aligned with broker and client expectations Overseeing programs throughout the account life cycle –instructions to issuance and cashflow About the Team We are a team of very experienced, trusted international service providers. About You You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate and influence across many functions to get the job done for our clients. The need to prioritize will be key as you manage a portfolio with diverse stakeholders. You will be responsive, have valuable attention to detail, ability to adapt to changing regulations and processes, and a pro-active approach to account management. Essentials Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years experience in International Programs Familiarity with reinsured programs General knowledge of and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, i.e., contract wording, accounting, and underwriting Strong Math and Excel skills Proven experience in delivering presentations Nice to have Knowledge of Captives Reinsurance Accounting experience Salary The base salary hiring range for this new position located in Toronto is CAD $130,000 to $170,000. The specific base salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
