Required skill set - We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong articulation and stakeholder‑facing skills to drive solution design in a deal‑driven, fast‑paced BFSI environment. The role requires hands‑on cloud expertise and the ability to translate complex technical solutions for business audiences. - Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for complex, competing deal demands. - Engage with business and senior stakeholders to articulate architecture, trade‑offs, and value. - Design and review solutions across cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). - Provide architectural guidance across finance, risk, and treasury domains. - Support pre‑sales, proposals, and deal shaping activities. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. - Required Skills: Experience – Senior level architecture experience in BFSI (Finance, Risk, Treasury). - Strong hands‑on cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP). - Excellent communication and articulation skills for business audiences. - Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in deal‑intensive environments. - Strong problem solving and decision‑making capabilities. - Nice to have: Experience working directly with clients during solutioning and deal closures. - Exposure to large‑scale enterprises or regulated environments.
