About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Group Air Solutions and working closely with the Registration & Event Solutions teams, the Group Air Specialist ensures air transportation needs for group and incentive travel programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Air Operations & Logistics

  • Manage all aspects of air transportation for assigned groups.
  • Lead logistical planning for groups of varying sizes, scope, and complexity.
  • Book and issue tickets using SABRE (GDS).
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate flight manifests.
  • Monitor flights, support on-call responsibilities, and assist with disruption management.
  • Maintain operational flexibility by supporting different active programs during peak periods
  • Liaise with air suppliers; review contracts for accuracy and scope changes.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of SOPs and SLAs for the Group Air team.
  • Communicate risks, changes, and requirements internally and externally.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to participant inquiries and change requests.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding travel updates.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the air experience.

Financial Stewardship

  • Manage program air budgets and support reconciliation activities.
  • Identify and manage financial risks related to air components.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with internal project teams.
  • Support a positive, solution-oriented, and team‐focused environment.

What You Bring

  • Post‐secondary education in business, event management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of flight reservation experience (group travel preferred).
  • TICO certification is an asset.
  • Experience using SABRE GDS.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.

Located in Toronto, this hybrid role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and managing time pressures and interruptions. Occasional travel is expected annually
