Senior Project Coordinator, Toronto

Skyline Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Project Coordinator for a Toronto-based developer-builder to work on their high-rise condo projects. This role will be tasked with supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent while working on site.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years minimum experience as Senior Project Coordinator on high-rise condo projects with a mid-large size GC or CM firm,
• Boots on the ground, not behind a desk exposure,
• Solid understanding is required of the shop drawing process in a high-rise condo project setting,
• Familiarity with high-rise condo construction schedules and scopes of work,
• Engineering &/or university background,
• Ability to manage trades, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly and respectfully on site,
• Well organized and efficient at document management,
• Willingness to work across different project locations in the Toronto Area,
• Red Seal Carpentry or construction-related education is an asset,
• Tech-savvy and experience with Procore is required,
• Experience with contracts, change orders and tendering is an asset.
