This part-time role focuses on optimizing athletic performance and protected training practices. As a key member of our coaching team, you will design and implement personalized strength training programs while evaluating client performance. Your role will include educating clients on injury prevention and maintaining inclusivity within our training environment, ensuring clients feel motivated and engaged. Strong communication skills are essential for client interaction.
