Inside Sales Associate (Toronto)

Job Summary HBC-radiomatic is recognized as a leading global manufacturer of industrial radio remote control solutions for the materials handling and specialized machinery industries. As part of the next evolution of growth for HBC-radiomatic we are launching a new company in Canada to focus on this strategic and growing market. As a result, we are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our dedicated team in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer requests, the internal coordination of handling those requests, and providing an exceptional customer experience in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Additionally the successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and will be responsible for performing an array of duties such data entry, order processing, and supporting sales, service, and logistics colleagues as needed. Responsibilities: Track and organize all sales and service orders within the ERP (Open Orderbook Report) Coordinate open orders with the HBC-radiomatic production centers in Hebron, KY, USA & Crailsheim, Germany to ensure timely order delivery. Inform Sales team on a recurring basis of any updates/changes to the open orderbook report. Address/Delegate customer telephone calls and email quote/order requests and provide pricing and technical information as needed Process customer transactions in ERP and CRM systems and coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure transactions are addressed accurately and on time Assist with/Troubleshoot and resolve product or order issues and concerns Follow-up with customers regarding prior requests to ensure expectations have been met Update customer and contact information in CRM/ERP systems ​ Qualifications and Skills Must be fluent in written and spoken English French language proficiency is a benefit Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (B2B preferred) Previous experience with technical & customized manufactured solutions Demonstrate proficiency in CRM/ERP systems Familiarity with inventory control concepts Excellent verbal and written communication Solid organizational and analytical skills Customer oriented and able to build rapport with clients Detail focused and able to adhere to high quality standards Able to identify solutions for customers Able to identify and support internal process improvements Ability to work independently Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit Benefits HBC-radiomatic offers an excellent compensation and benefits package including vision, dental, drug, and extended health plans.
