Part-time Sales and Admin Associate (Toronto)

Responsibilities - Help customers find cycling gear, apparel & accessories - Intake bikes and liaise with the service team - Book appointments, document repairs, process payments - Open and close the shop when scheduled - Create sales orders and receive payments from customers - Setup recent customers profiles - Receive inventory and supplies What we're looking for - Friendly and comfortable working with customers - Knowledge of cycling is a plus - Reliable, ambitious with strong attention to detail - Retail and/or customer service experience is an asset - Ability to independently maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment What we offer Positive & supportive team atmosphere Growing business with real opportunities Staff discounts on gear & accessories Ready to ride with us?
