Roles will include Server Engineer, Infrastructure / SRE Engineer, Support Engineer, etc - 6+ years of equivalent experience in a high-performing IT company - Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment processes and platform management - Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills - Ready to thrive and drive results in a fast-growing, dynamic environment What the job involves - LotusFlare is looking for a high-performing AI-focused Senior Technical Recruiter who is ready to step into a leadership role - For the first 6 months, you will operate as a technical recruiter, closing critical IT roles and auditing our current processes - Upon successfully meeting KPIs and demonstrating leadership impact, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing the global team and strategy - Personally manage the full-cycle recruitment for complex IT roles (at least 6 months before the promotion) - Audit our current metrics.
