Responsibilities Research how the organization operates, identify workflows where manual effort, reconciliation breaks, and tooling gaps increase operational and regulatory risk, and ship solutions to eliminate those problems. Lead end‑to‑end automation of high‑volume manual workflows, including regulatory reporting (AML STR/LVCTR/EFTR, Form1/CIRO, DTC asset segregation), journal entries, reconciliations, collateral monitoring, brokerage liquidations, and complex registered‑plan administration. Embed with enablement teams—Brokerage Operations, AML/Compliance Supervision, Trade Desk, Treasury, Account Operations, Margin Supervision—to deeply understand work processes and friction points. Advance risk oversight for leveraged offerings by building automated alerts, managing liquidation processes, and performing daily reconciliations with external vendors. Partner with the AI agentic workflows team to ensure all built solutions are accurate, secure, auditable, and reuse shared components rather than reinventing them. Qualifications Senior software engineer with a strong full‑stack background and comfort across data pipelines, internal tooling, and AI‑augmented workflow automation. Track record of shipping AI‑driven workflow automation in regulated environments. Bonus points for familiarity with Oracle/Exadata/EBS, ledger systems, or large‑scale internal tooling platforms. Bias for shipping in the weeds and an ability to translate a vague pain point into a concrete diagnosis and outcome.
