Job Overview Achievers Academy Canada Learning Solutions Inc. is an online education and career training company focused on helping learners build practical skills, advance professionally, and access modern learning opportunities. We provide e-learning programs, career development resources, professional training, and digital education services designed to support students, working professionals, and organizations. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and manage e-learning, online education, and professional development projects from start to completion. - Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, schedules, task lists, and delivery calendars. - Coordinate with instructional designers, instructors, content developers, marketing teams, LMS administrators, student support staff, and external partners. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are completed on time. - Manage course development workflows, including content planning, review cycles, approvals, publishing, updates, and launch preparation. - Support the implementation and improvement of online programs, training materials, digital courses, workshops, and learner resources. - Maintain transparent project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, schedules, and communication records. - Organize and lead project meetings, check‑ins, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates. - Track project requirements, scope changes, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. - Support LMS‑related project activities, including course uploads, testing, learner access, content updates, and user experience improvements. - Work with internal teams to improve processes, reduce delays, and support efficient project delivery. - Assist with quality assurance by reviewing course materials, learner communications, project deliverables, and launch readiness. - Coordinate feedback from learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement. - Prepare project reports and provide updates to management on timelines, progress, risks, and outcomes. - Help ensure all projects align with company standards, learner needs, and business goals. Requirements - Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Learning Project Manager, Training Coordinator, E-Learning Coordinator, or similar role. - Strong project management, organization, and time‑management skills. - Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, documentation, and multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects organized from planning through delivery. - Comfortable working with online education platforms, digital tools, project management software, and remote collaboration systems. - Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools. - Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward. - Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a hybrid or remote‑friendly setting. - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in online education, e-learning, career training, professional development, instructional design, corporate training, EdTech, or digital learning. - Familiarity with learning management systems such as Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, LearnDash, Blackboard, Docebo, Thinkific, Teachable, or similar platforms. - Experience supporting course launches, training programs, learner onboarding, instructor coordination, or digital content delivery. - Understanding of instructional design workflows, online course production, learning content review, and learner experience. - Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods. - Project Management Professional certification, CAPM, Scrum certification, or related training is an asset. - Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
