Job Summary The Performance Centre Administrator provides administrative and operational support to Sym-Tech’s Performance Centre and Learning Management System (LMS). This role is focused on the day‑to‑day administrative tasks that ensure training programs run smoothly, including training logistics, LMS maintenance, reporting, and participant support. Position Functions - Course Administration: Organize and execute logistics for in‑person and virtual training courses, including class setup, handling and tracking merchandise, and catering arrangements. - Document Preparation & Printing: Produce, format, and print materials, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. - Participant Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for participants during their training journey. - Facilitator Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Performance Centre facilitators, helping them deliver impactful training courses. - Technical Support: Provide administrative support for course and LMS‑related inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex matters as needed. - Learning Management System (LMS) Operations: Support the day‑to‑day functionalities of our LMS, including user account management, course setup, and content uploads. - Data Management: Maintain and update Performance Centre data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper record‑keeping. Minimum Requirements - 2 years of Customer Service/Administrative experience is an asset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. - Strong team‑building skills, to work well within a close team environment – self‑sufficient, resourceful, and work well with minimal supervision. - Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. - Proficient in the MS Office suite.
