Partnerships Executive in Fintech (Toronto)

Elect Capital is seeking a high-performing Partnerships Executive to enhance our broker network effectively. This role merges strategic oversight with rapid deal-making in a dynamic fintech environment. Your mission will be to strengthen and scale partnerships while leading by example. You’ll oversee deal structures, manage key broker relationships, and take an active role in mentoring junior team members. A strong blend of commercial acumen and calm under pressure will be essential to thrive and succeed in this role.
