Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member — Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and energetic Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards - Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling - Manage customer orders with professionalism and efficiency - Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times - Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas - Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food assembly and serving - Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner - Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations as needed Qualifications - Previous experience in the food industry, barista experience, or in bubble tea stores. - Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours - Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy - Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures - Ability to work well in a team environment in a fast-paced setting - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during busy periods Join our team to enjoy a dynamic work environment where your enthusiasm and dedication will be appreciated.
