Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a well-established consultancy in Toronto. In this pivotal role, you will be a cornerstone of the design team, spearheading the electrical scope for a major international mineral processing project. You will coordinate and drive technical excellence through every stage, from initial feasibility studies to final project execution. Drive technical delivery as a core member of the design team, coordinating high-level electrical engineering for a flagship international mineral processing project from initial study phases through to final execution. A solid understanding of technical (E, I&C;) principals relating to the large industrial & complex operational assets that our clients own and operate - Relevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification - Experience coordinating / driving specialized electrical teams, on front end greenfield and brownfield development projects with complex electrical scope - Major project design experience throughout the design cycle - Experience / exposure to project delivery - Understand the project development process for juniors/mid-tier miners - As a result, we are committed to developing and implementing strategies to increase the equity, diversity and inclusion within the workplace by examining our internal policies, practices, and systems throughout the entire lifecycle of our workforce, including its recruitment, retention and advancement for all employees.
