Full Time Recruitment Coordinator (Toronto)

Drive clinical trial success as the Patient Recruitment and Retention Director at BioPharma Services Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. Lead a energetic team to recruit participants for impactful research. In this full-time role, you will direct the Clinical Recruitment team to implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining study participants. You will collaborate cross-functionally, engaging with Marketing to maximize outreach and maintaining participant engagement metrics. You will also play a key role in the development and assessment of study protocols and resources.
