Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead Complex Projects – Deliver ICI projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage Contracts & Budgets – Oversee resources, costs, and compliance with contract terms. Build Stakeholder Relationships – Foster strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. Guide Project Teams – Set performance metrics, provide oversight, and ensure operational excellence. Drive Growth – Represent Graham externally, negotiate effectively, and pursue new business opportunities The Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience: 18+ years of direct construction project management experience in the buildings sector, with proven success on complex projects.
