Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise - Positive years hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience - Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation - Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types) - Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred - Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL tools) Core Competencies - Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments - High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues - Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications - Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains - Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA, PIPEDA) - Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or similar big data tools Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
