Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous manner - Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and refunds - Manage merchandise merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive - Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and store sales - Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment - Use organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods - Apply basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or over the phone - Support team efforts through effective communication and collaboration - Should be able to work in flexible shifts including Night Shifts Experience - Previous experience in Convenience Stores, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required - Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic math enhances performance in this role - Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
