Join Teranet's Operations Services Team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist and leverage your expertise in Linux, Windows, and cloud administration. This role ensures seamless operations across two data center locations in a 24/7 setting. As a key player in maintaining our infrastructure, you will work within a rotating shift schedule of 3 x 12.5 hours weekly. Your hands-on skills in automation and cloud platforms will be critical for operational integrity. Being proactive and reliable is essential since you'll monitor systems and support critical applications. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor site technician activities and customer systems • Enforce security standards per PCI DSS, COBIT, and regulations • Manage server racking, decommissioning, and hardware provisioning • Conduct inspections and monitor facilities for incidents • Use automation tools like Ansible for tasks Requirements: • 3-5 years in infrastructure operations or systems administration • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Linux systems • Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments • Experience with automation tools like Ansible • Strong networking fundamentals Bring your technical expertise in cloud platforms and systems administration to make a difference at Teranet.
