Business Development & Marketing Manager (full time) Greater Toronto Area, ON, Canada | req29117 About the Role As the Manager of Business Development & Marketing, you will work closely with sales managers and national sales teams to shape and drive the growth strategy for Linde’s Healthcare business. Your role will be key in spotting and unlocking new opportunities for growth, expanding our market presence, and building sustainable referral and partnership models that contribute to profitable growth. You will also lead the overall marketing strategy and manage all marketing efforts, including media channels, campaigns, and important projects that support our growth and brand positioning. Collaboration is essential; you will work with clinical, commercial, operations, and digital leaders to align growth initiatives with patient care priorities and regulatory standards. What you will enjoy doing - Define and execute the growth strategy, focusing on expanding our presence in the sleep and oxygen markets - Lead business development efforts to drive expansion and identify new market opportunities - Grow market share through launching new services, forming partnerships, or making strategic investments - Take the lead on our integrated marketing strategy, shaping brand positioning, engaging patients, and generating demand across multiple channels - Build and manage strategic partnerships, strengthening referral networks and collaborating with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders - Work hand-in-hand with clinical, operations, digital, and sales teams to ensure all growth initiatives are scalable, compliant, and deliver strong results What makes you great - Bachelor’s Degree - Experience in healthcare sales and marketing - 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or healthcare growth roles - Strong understanding of sleep therapy, oxygen therapy, or healthcare services in general - Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships, referrals, or new business models - Experience working in regulated healthcare environments - Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills Advantages This position includes a starting salary of $126,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a leading industrial gas and engineering company.
