Position: Operations Manager As an Operations Manager, you will be an integral role in the supervision of your designated ALPHASHINE location. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure operational excellence. It will be critical to meet and exceed service and quality standards, while overseeing Team Leads and Detailing Associates. Responsibilities: · Full understanding of interior and exterior detailing, add ons (wax, engine bay wash, odor removal, sap removal) and aesthetic services and ability to operate necessary equipment. - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards and supporting team with detailing and aesthetics services on daily basis required. - Physical fitness is essential due to nature of work. Details daily are required, as leaders must lead and set an example for their team of supporting leaders. When targets are met within timelines, step back from detailed oversight, allow the team to perform independently, and focus on other important priorities. - Coordinate with sales team to schedule appointments, manage valet requests and allocate resources effectively. - Lead and provide guidance to a team of 10 detailing associates , Team leads and Sales Consultant. Help them meet their monthly and quarterly goals. - Set performance goals and objectives, monitor their progress via weekly follow ups, and provide regular feedback. - Maintain inventory of detailing supplies, equipment, and tools, ensuring an adequate supply of uninterrupted operations. - Maintain labor hours and make sure work is done within time frames. - Keep track of billing, invoices and fill out dealership order details. - Focus should be on quality assurance to ensure that all quality standards are met without compromise. - Take charge of valet services, including coordinating with Sales team and clients for pick up and drop off schedules. - Train new and existing employees ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce. - Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and HR department to address operational challenges and implement improvements. - Complete dealership and client work orders. - Maintain a clean and respectable workspace (i.e., bay maintenance, laundry services, office management, etc.) - Ability to pitch memberships, services and addons and pre-book services. - Ability to coordinate with other managers of different locations to meet volume goals and ensure fair hours to staff. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or any related field. - 2+ years working in a supervisory/managerial role. - G license, adhere to traffic and safety regulations. - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in automotive industry. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong knowledge of car detailing process, equipment, and industry best practices. - Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in using software applications for scheduling, inventory management and reporting (MS excel).
