RN Prescriber (Old Toronto)

Overview We are seeking a qualified RN Prescriber to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management within a clinical setting. The RN Prescriber will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services.
