Automotive Internal Operations & Tower Control – Full Time Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM – Toronto Start Date: April 1, 2026 Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Automotive Internal Operations & Tower Control role. This position plays a key part in coordinating internal vehicle operations and ensuring smooth communication between sales, service, and detailing departments. Responsibilities include: - Managing internal vehicle movement and workflow (“tower control”). - Coordinating vehicle preparation between sales, service, and detail departments. - Monitoring vehicle status to ensure timely delivery and readiness. - Assisting with inventory organization and internal vehicle logistics. - Maintaining accurate internal tracking and communication across departments. Supporting overall dealership operational efficiency. - Qualifications: - Previous dealership or automotive industry experience a must, at least 2 year. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
