You excel at multitasking and can smoothly adapt when the day's schedule throws you a curveball. - You’re a natural mentor: You love watching others succeed. You’ll play a key role in motivating our styling team at every stage of their journey. - You stay calm in a storm: A bride needs an emergency rush order, the store phone won't stop ringing, and a stylist just called out sick—yet you navigate it all with grace, poise, and a solution-oriented mindset. - You’re a driven self-starter: We value a strong, proactive work ethic. The daily tasks of our Assistant Manager: - Boutique Operations: Leading day-to-day priorities, including opening/closing routines, scheduling staff breaks, strategic appointment scheduling, inventory receiving, and maintaining a flawless sales floor. (Note: Weekend availability is a must). - Styling & Connection: Working one-on-one with brides to help them curate their dream wedding look and celebrate their "yes" moment, followed by consistent relationship-building from first try-on to the big day. - Leadership Support: Stepping up as the main point of contact and managing boutique operations seamlessly whenever the Store Manager is away. - Quality Control: Reviewing daily orders and client profiles with a sharp eye to minimize errors and protect both the client experience and business profitability. - Team Development: Setting an example for the stylist team by maintaining/exceeding monthly KPI goals and stepping in where necessary to ensure success of each team member as well. - Product Expertise: Cultivating a deep understanding of our designers, customization options, and rush policies to confidently support the team during complex sales. - Customer Care: Regularly reviewing notes from recent appointments to ensure each clients needs are met and followed up with in a timely manner. Weekends are a must plus two weekdays per week. 4% vacation pay paid out on each pay period.
