Associate Dentist (Toronto)

Overview A busy dental clinic in downtown Toronto seeks experienced dentists to fill part-time and full-time positions. The associates will receive 50% of the collections. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. - Provide a range of dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures. - Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote overall health. - Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix. - Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. - Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. - Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures in compliance with industry standards. Skills - Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. - Familiarity with working in a dental office environment is essential. - Knowledge of software systems such as Abel Dent is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation and patient care.
