Required Skills - Experience Salesforce Skills (Mandatory)Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Good understanding of FSC data model and standard objects Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts) - Profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules - Experience testing Salesforce integrations (RESTSOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware) - Domain Skills (Mandatory)Banking or Insurance domain experience (Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Insurance Claims Policy preferred) - Strong understanding of BFSI business workflows and regulatory considerations - Testing Skills Functional, System, Integration, Regression UAT testing - Experience with manual testing exposure to Salesforce test automation is a plusTest management and defect tracking using Jira ADO HP ALM - Knowledge of Agile Scrum testing practices Key Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end functional testing of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations - Validate banking insurance-specific business processes, including - Customer onboarding Account and relationship ma nagement - Policies, claims, lending, or wealth management workflows - Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements - Validate Salesforce data model, FSC objects (Financial Account, Client, Household, Policy, etc.), and relationships - Perform integration testing across Salesforce and downstream systems (core banking, policy admin, CRM, data lakes, APIs) - Execute regression, smoke, and UAT support testing for releases and enhancements - Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to clarify requirements and resolve defects Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira Azure DevOps ALM Validate role-based access, security model, and compliance requirements (PII, regulatory controls) - Support data migration testing and reconciliation activities Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
