Duties - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort - Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery - Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities - Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation - Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit - Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation systems - Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed to support team efficiency Experience - Previous restaurant or food service experience with a strong foundation in customer service and food handling - Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable - Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings - Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling - Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced workplace - Prior host/hostess or serving experience that highlights guest relations skills and hospitality excellence - Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm!
