CSR - Customer Service Representative (Toronto)

We are adding a full-time Customer Service Representative to our team so that we can continue offering excellent service to our pet owners and giving our CSR team the work-life balance they deserve. CSR’s at Dundas West are an advocate for our patients and a liaison between the pet owner and veterinarian. They are responsible for all incoming communication, surgical and appointment bookings and high-priority patient follow up calls and referrals. The role is equal parts patient-centric and client-centric. Successful candidates would share our drive to offer above-and-beyond customer service to the pets and people of our community. In this ever-evolving time of client care, it’s our mission to continually up our service game and educate pet owners in need of support and guidance. You’ll need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, time management and prioritization abilities, vast and current knowledge of veterinary care, and thrive (or learn to thrive) in a big team environment…don’t worry, we don’t bite!
