As the Employment Counsel—Americas, you will cultivate legal safeguards and business solutions in a collaborative team environment. This role focuses on understanding complex employment matters, advising on contractual architecture, and adapting policies to meet jurisdictional specifications. You will primarily support Senior Employment Counsel and engage with various teams including Operations, Product, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze legal risks and advise on hiring compliance • Support contract review and risk framework establishment • Collaborate on new product solutions in the Americas • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts • Educate stakeholders on changes in relevant laws

Requirements: • Qualified to practice in Canada • 2-3 years of legal experience in employment law • Background in employer-of-record compliance • Solid communication and legal analysis skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
