Take on a vital role as an Inclusion Program Lead Hand with the Town of Tillsonburg, providing essential support for Summer Camp participants. Your expertise will foster an inclusive workplace while assisting campers with disabilities. This temporary position runs from June 1 to September 4, 2026, within the Recreation, Culture and Parks department. You'll collaborate closely with camp facilitators, parents, and participants, ensuring adherence to inclusion standards. Your main focus will be developing strategies that accommodate campers with exceptionalities, alongside mentoring staff in providing an inclusive experience.
