Store Manager in Training (Etobicoke) (Toronto)

Responsibilities Anticipate the needs of customers and put them first in all that you do. Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth. Be involved in community initiatives to build long‑term relationships with the community. Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards and be accountable for financial objectives. Manage day‑to‑day operations of the store. Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy. Constantly look out for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships. Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention. Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry. Solid financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results. Commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday. A solid network in the industry and community. A valid G driver’s license with flexibility to travel GTA West/Mississauga/London/Collingwood. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Employment Information Hiring Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. A candidate’s experience and geographic region may influence pay.
