General Manager for Manufacturing Operations (Toronto)

Lead the Stamping and Assembly departments at Marwood as their General Manager. Drive productivity, support staff development, and ensure compliance while overseeing operations in a full time, permanent position. As the General Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating efforts across multiple departments including Maintenance, Tooling, Shipping/Receiving, and Plant Quality at Marwood. With at least five years of experience in production or auto marts in stamping and/or assembly, your exceptional communication skills will enhance employee development and supplier relations. You will assist with production issues and improve operational efficiency using internal and external resources.
