Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will oversee full cycle accounting, financial reporting and analysis, manage budgeting processes, and provide strategic financial insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include full cycle accounting, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also collaborate with the leadership team to drive informed financial decision-making and guide clients toward long-term financial success. Qualifications - Expertise in Full Cycle Accounting mandatory - Financial Statements and Financial Reporting - Strong skills in Finance and Budgeting - Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights - Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to finance and accounting - Proficiency in financial software and tools, including AI-enhanced solutions - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is preferred - Experience in a similar role, particularly with small to mid-sized businesses, is highly desirable Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pxjtu
