This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire Technical Product Manager at Toronto, ON. What You Will Do- Define and drive the product vision and technical roadmap in alignment with business goals. Translate business needs into explicit, actionable product requirements and user stories. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Shield your development team from external distractions and remove impediments to maintain velocity. Own backlog grooming and prioritization, ensuring stories are well-defined with transparent acceptance criteria. Act as a communication hub between business and technical teams, promoting alignment and transparency. Plan releases with realistic timelines, collaborating closely with engineering and stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress, flag and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project and product status. What You Will Bring- Proven experience in a hybrid role that includes product ownership, Scrum Master responsibilities, and project management. Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and a successful track record of leading Scrum teams. Expertise in managing product backlogs, writing well-defined user stories, and prioritizing based on business and technical impact. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Experience working closely with a unified DevOps/CloudOps/SRE team to align on delivery pipelines, system reliability, and infrastructure needs — ensuring their efforts directly support product and departmental objectives.
