Indigenous Graphic Design Intern (Summer) Remote (Canada) | 12–16 Week Paid Internship $23/hour | 4-Day Workweek BOOM InterTribal is looking for an Indigenous Graphic Design Intern to support the creation and rollout of campaign assets across digital, social, and print platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or emerging designer looking to gain real agency experience while building a solid portfolio through meaningful client work. You’ll work alongside Creative, Content, and Account teams in a collaborative boutique agency workplace grounded in Indigenous perspectives, storytelling, and community impact. What You’ll Do Adapt and resize creative assets across digital and social platforms Support campaign rollouts across social, web, print, and OOH Prepare final files for production and delivery Assist with layouts, presentation materials, and social-first creative Apply feedback and revisions quickly and accurately Collaborate with Creative, Content, Account, and Project Management teams to keep projects moving smoothly Maintain consistency across campaign assets and brand standards What You Bring Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graphic design or related program Robust working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Understanding of digital and social design formats Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and work within deadlines Interest in storytelling, culture, and purpose-driven creative work Why BOOM?
