Accounting Analyst / Assistant to the Controller Manufacturer - Portneuf Do you want a position where you are at the heart of decisions , close to management, with a role that can adjust to your strengths ? Here is a hybrid opportunity combining analysis + operations, in a growing manufacturing environment. Your Role As the right-hand of the controller and the VP of Finance, you contribute to both the reliability of the figures and performance analysis. The position is evolving and flexible : responsibilities are adapted according to your profile (costs/production price orientation, complete cycle, manufacturing transactions, process improvement, etc.). Responsibilities (adjustable according to your expertise) Financial and manufacturing analyses (margins, variances, production costs, accounts). Participation in month-end and financial statements. Reconciliations, accounting follow-up, support for audits. Contribution to ERP projects, automation, and continuous improvement. Direct support to the controller and Finance management on various strategic mandates. Desired Profile 5+ years in accounting/finance, ideally in manufacturing. Bachelor''s degree in accounting (or DEC + robust experience). Excellent analytical skills, rigor, adaptability. Functional+ oral English . Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented attitude.
