Skilled Labourer Uxbridge

We are a landscape construction company who works around the GTA who continues to grow and is now looking for labourers to join our winning team! Responsibilities: · Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment to work areas · Assist tradespeople, equipment operators, and supervisors with daily construction activities · Prepare and clean construction sites, including removing debris, rubble, and waste materials · Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently · Support carpentry, demolition, concrete, excavation, and general labour tasks as required · Level ground and perform site preparation using shovels, rakes, and other equipment · Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ramps, and temporary structures · Operate or tend construction equipment such as mixers, compressors, pumps, vibrators, and tampers · Direct traffic and maintain safe work areas around construction sites when required · Follow supervisor instructions and work independently or as part of a team · Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment · Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations Physical demands · Handling material manually · Standing · Bending or twisting the body · Making repetitive motions · Walking and running Work Experience: ● Minimum of 2-years’ experience in heavy construction or similar setting ● Must have 8-inch CSA approved steel toe work boots (Other required PPE will be provided) ● Valid Working at Heights certification and Standard First Aid training are considered an asset Job Type: Full time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Advantages: Dental care In office parking RRSP match Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5c58
