Team Member - Full Time & Part Time (Uxbridge)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent guest services, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, customer service, and hospitality within a fast-paced environment. ***This job posting is for Full Time & Part Time PERMANENT position - not eligible for summer term.*** Duties - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience - Take orders accurately using POS systems, including PAR POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills - Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times - Serve food and beverages promptly, upselling menu items when appropriate to maximize guest satisfaction and sales - Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in accordance with sanitation guidelines - Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction - Support team members in various restaurant operations, including stocking supplies and assisting with food prep as needed - Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Qualifications - Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided - Knowledge of POS systems, including PAR POS, is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation procedures diligently - Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours - Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food prep is advantageous - Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a hospitality setting - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while developing valuable skills in the hospitality industry.
