Your responsibilities include collaborating with backend service teams to ensure a smooth renewal process and providing outstanding customer service via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify client exposures and provide appropriate insurance solutions • Develop marketing strategies for renewals in assigned accounts • Network within the local community at industry events • Deliver professional customer service for client inquiries • Maintain strong relationshipswith clients and carrier representatives

Requirements:• RIBO license required; out-of-province licenses are assets • More than 2 years of commercial insurance experience • Fluent in French preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EPIC
