Responsibilities

Timely issuance of billings Prepare manual invoices and process credit card payments Full-cycle Accounts Payable Cash applications Call customers for outstanding payments on overdue accounts Monitor customer aging and follow up on invoices Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field Excellent written and oral communication skills 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable&Accounts Receivable Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables&VLOOKUPs) SAP experience Compensation&Benefits
