Become a full time Research Associate at the University of British Columbias Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. This role offers the chance to design advanced circuits for cutting-edge communication technologies. As a key member of the UBC System-on-a-Chip Research Group, you will utilize your PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and more than three years of postdoctoral experience to conduct high-level research and development. Youll be involved in circuit modelling, simulation, mentoring students, and producing quality publications, aimed at enhancing communication systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead research in analog and mixed-signal circuit design • Model and simulate electronic component systems • Conduct laboratory tests and measurements • Document research findings and prepare for publications • Guide students through simulation and measurement processes Requirements: • Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering • At least three years of postdoctoral experience • Excellent record of first-author publications • Proficiency in circuit design and validation • Ability to assist with grant funding proposals Join UBC and contribute to significant advancements in electrical engineering.
