We’re a lean, quick-moving team at the intersection of AI, finance, and B2B growth. We work with sophisticated clients: CFOs, boards, and institutional lenders. Job Summary We’re looking for a sharp, tool-curious co-op student to help us build and operate an AI-powered top-of-funnel engine. This isn’t a “shadow a marketing team” internship. You’ll own real deliverables: building lead lists, automating outreach sequences, enriching CRM records, and helping us create a repeatable system to put QuantPillar in front of the right CFOs, founders, and capital allocators. You’ll work directly with the founder and have visibility into how a B2B fintech company grows. Responsibilities Build and maintain a targeted ICP lead database using AI Set up and optimize AI-powered email and LinkedIn outreach sequences Own CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking in HubSpot Research target verticals, personas, and trigger events A/B test subject lines and messaging angles; report on what works Help repurpose content (blog posts, guides) into short-form outreach assets Assist with tracking key funnel metrics Qualifications and Skills Currently enrolled in a BA, BCom, MBA, or related program (Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics) Genuinely curious about advanced AI tools, you’ve actually used them, not just read about them Strong writing skills, you can write a crisp cold email that doesn’t sound like a cold email Comfortable in a quick-moving, ambiguous startup environment Bonus: prior exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or capital markets Bonus: hands‑on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or similar GTM tools Job Inquiries Direct mentorship from the founder — real exposure, not busywork Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI GTM tools before they become mainstream A front-row seat to how a B2B fintech startup operates and scales A solid reference and a portfolio of real, measurable work Competitive co‑op stipend How to Apply Send your resume ( ) and a 3–5 sentence note on: what AI or automation tool you’ve used recently and what you did with it.
