Requirements - Fluent English - Legal right to work in Canada - Valid Class 5 driver’s license - Reliable transportation to our yard - Clean criminal record - Tools, the amount vary on position - Rain and cold-weather gear - A commitment to learning and improving Preferred (but not required): - Experience in high-end custom residential construction - Occupational First Aid certification The Work Depending on your position, you may be: - Working from drawings or instructions from the Site Superintendent - Framing, foundations (including ICF), beams, flooring, drywall, cabinetry, tile - Installing decks, railings, windows, doors, siding, roofing - Residential demolition and site prep - Working with / around heavy equipment - Building scaffolding, ramps, platforms - Maintaining strict safety standards and WCB compliance We expect high standards and we support you in meeting them.
