Production Associate (Vancouver)

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring dependable Production Associates for a 6-month contract. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to quality and teamwork. Contract Length: 6 Months Location: Vancouver, BC Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards Follow daily production schedules and meet targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform basic machine setups and troubleshoot issues Complete documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors Adhere to all health and safety protocols Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Solid attention to detail and quality control Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to follow verbal and written instructions This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing setting.
