This role is highly hands‑on and suited to an engineer who enjoys solving complex operational and technical challenges within mineral and chemical processing environments. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the optimization and continuous improvement of spodumene processing circuits, including leaching, separation, and impurity removal - Supporting pilot plant commissioning, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and operational improvements - Translating laboratory‑scale results into scalable industrial processes - Contributing to metallurgical test programs, pilot campaigns, and feasibility studies - Developing and reviewing process engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs;, mass balances, and equipment specifications - Applying process simulation and modeling tools to optimize plant performance - Analyzing operational data to improve lithium recovery, throughput, and efficiency - Establishing performance metrics and reporting systems across pilot operations - Supporting technology transfer and scale‑up from pilot to commercial deployment - Promoting strong safety, environmental, and operational standards across all activities About You We are looking for an experienced mineral processing engineer with strong technical expertise and a practical, hands‑on approach.
