Yoga/ Pilates Instructor (Vancouver)

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yoga or Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As an Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality Yoga and/or Pilates classes that align with the studio's philosophy and objectives. - Educate clients on proper techniques and modifications to enhance their practice. - Provide personalized attention to clients, ensuring they understand the movements and advantages of each exercise. - Maintain a clean and organized studio space before, during, and after classes. - Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention. - Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them reach their fitness goals. - Stay updated on industry trends and continuing education opportunities to enhance your teaching skills. Skills - Strong communication skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule while maximizing client engagement. - Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients. - Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and promote a supportive community within the studio. - Ability to educate clients about Yoga and/or Pilates principles, techniques, and the benefits of regular practice.
