Description
Social Media & Marketing Content LeadContent Creation, Video, Campaigns, Brand Growth & Future Division Leadership Humane Solutions is looking for a creative, organized, and ambitious social media and marketing person to help build the public-facing content engine behind a growing service business and a broader set of future media, education, and technology opportunities. This is not a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can help create, manage, film, edit, publish, promote, and scale content across multiple channels. The right person will be involved in everything from short-form social videos and ad campaigns to project pages, blog content, video assets, YouTube series development, and long-term brand strategy. The goal is to build a repeatable marketing system that can eventually grow into a dedicated internal division, with the right person moving into a management-level role as the team and workload expand. The Opportunity Humane Solutions operates in a space with enormous storytelling potential. Our work involves complex field problems, remote locations, difficult technical challenges, wildlife, environmental infrastructure, public education, service innovation, and real-world problem solving. We need someone who can help turn that work into compelling content that builds trust, drives leads, strengthens the brand, and supports future growth. A major part of the opportunity is helping develop a dedicated video channel and content series focused on travelling to remote locations to help people with difficult, unusual, or “unsolvable” pest and wildlife-related problems. This series has the potential to combine education, field work, storytelling, travel, problem solving, and high-value service marketing. The right person will help shape the format, capture the work, edit the content, distribute it across channels, and build it into a recognizable media asset for the company. Alongside that, this role will support ongoing social media, advertising, website content, project pages, blog posts, video assets, and campaign execution. This is a solid fit for someone who wants to build something from the ground up, not just maintain an existing content calendar. What You’ll Be Doing You will help manage and grow Humane Solutions’ marketing presence across social media, video, web, and paid advertising channels. Your work may include: - Managing multiple social media channels - Planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content - Filming field work, projects, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational content - Editing short-form and long-form video - Creating graphics, thumbnails, reels, shorts, ads, and other visual assets - Helping develop and manage a dedicated YouTube channel and recurring video series - Building content around remote-location service projects and difficult field problems - Creating and managing paid ad campaigns - Writing or assisting with blog posts, case studies, project pages, and website content - Creating video assets to support website pages and service campaigns - Repurposing content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, email, and other channels - Building repeatable systems for content capture, editing, approval, scheduling, publishing, and reporting - Tracking content performance and improving based on results - Coordinating with field staff to capture usable content from real projects - Helping turn completed jobs into marketing assets, case studies, and educational content - Supporting brand positioning, campaign strategy, and audience growth - Helping build the foundation for a future marketing/content division This role will involve both creative work and execution.
