Job Summary
We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative with warehouse backup duties working out of our Port Coquitlam office. This unique position includes a variety of tasks ranging from phone calls (customer service + Preliminary Technical support), Fulfilling orders using SAP Business One and Back up for warehouse duties. The ideal candidate for this position will be a, well organized, self‑motivated multi‑tasker with previous customer service experience. Warehouse experience is an asset although more important is a candidate with the right balance of ambition, enthusiasm and personality.Key Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and new customers on a daily basis over the telephone and in person in the showroom When needed, warehouse duties including order picking and shipping etc. Coordinate daily business with head office Work regional trade shows, events and attend training sessions as requiredOther duties as assigned Qualifications&Requirements
Previous experience is an asset in any or all: the home building industry, inside/outside sales, ability to read building plans and specifications, warehouse and/or forklift experience. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office. Superior commitment to customer service Self‑management and organizational skillsCreative thinking and problem solving Strong presentation and telephone skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Available to work days and occasional evenings/weekends as required Must be physically fit with the ability to lift>50 lbs Fluency in written and verbal French is considered a strong asset Job Type:
Full‑time, Permanent This is a Salary + annual bonus position with many benefits including: a supplied company vehicle for both professional and personal use, shared group health benefits (medical/dental), RRSP/DPSP program, vacation and sick day program.
