Your expertise will enhance soil-plant feedback studies and foster lab cohesion. Under the guidance of Dr. Cornelis, you'll collaborate closely with graduate students, helping with fieldwork, lab experiments, and maintaining safety compliance. As a key member, you will optimize project workflows, manage lab finances, and ensure effective communication between lab members and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and perform soil-plant feedback experiments - Troubleshoot issues during research projects - Collect and interpret experimental data - Organize lab activities and manage workflows - Oversee daily operations and financing of the lab Requirements: - Relevant degree with three years of experience - Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion - Respect for diverse viewpoints and conflict resolution - Robust organizational and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively and independently Leverage your skills to coordinate research and facilitate meaningful collaboration in the SoilRes3 Lab.
