Customer Service Representative (Downtown)

Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our internal Calgary Service Team. As a Customer Service Specialist reporting directly to the Service Team Lead, your objective is to provide exceptional service to all candidates and clients, while supporting the Service Team in completing administrative tasks. Duties will include: - Assisting candidates with placements and answering inquiries related to working for Diversified Staffing Services - Answering and distributing incoming calls - Responding in a timely manner to email inquiries as required - Calling out to source available and current candidates - Data entry of new applicants and payroll within a corporate database - Basic interviewing of general application candidates - Sorting and filing timecards and applications - Distributing candidate rosters - General office duties and maintaining an organized work area - Full cycle candidate placement and customer follow up during off-hour and weekend operations - Escalation of candidate or client inquiries to the Industrial Manager as required - Detailed entry of all activities, job orders and timecards within a corporate database - Ensuring all temporary placements follow both internal and external processes and are recorded in the database - Other duties as assigned Required Skills - Flexibility to changes in work schedule - Able to work evenings and weekends when required - Skillful in the art of communication - Able to work independently and within a team - Well organized and accountable We welcome all applications and thank you for applying, and will contact those candidates potentially suitable for the position.
